Do you handle cases outside of Massachusetts?
We are committed to servicing our local community as much as possible, but we are accepting any and all clients seeking legal representation throughout the United States.
How much does it cost to retain your services?
Our firm operates on a contingent fee basis, which means that we advance fees and expenses related to your case for focus groups, research, expert witnesses, etc. You are not required to repay these fees or expenses unless and/or until we win your case, at which point we recoup approximately one-third of the gross settlement or award, along with expenses spent preparing and resolving your case.
Workers’ compensation expenses and rewards are governed by statutes adopted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that provide for the amount of recovery.
